Our cleaning staff has been cleaning and inspecting homes for 22 years and goes above and beyond to make sure our homes have that extra special boutique touch.

POOL SERVICE
Pool cleanings are twice a week. Our service techs will ensure that your pools chemical/salt levels are always where they should be and that your guests experience nothing but soothing crystal blue waters when they plunge into your outdoor oasis. The monthly cost varies based on pool size.
INSPECTIONS
Our trained staff conduct a full inspection at every property before check in and will change light bulbs, air filters, batteries and take care of other minor repairs!

The primary reason our business model is a success and will produce repeat vacationers is because our homes are consistent. We will only represent homes that offer the amenities we know so many travelers to the Island want. This consistency will produce “regulars” who always come to our site to book because they know that they will have a lovely time at ANY of our homes. They have the comfort of knowing the décor, amenities and little extras will be in whatever home they choose from the Beach House Boutique. That is why we have set some standards that require you, the homeowner, to agree to.

PERSONAL CONCIERGE SERVICE
Our top notch customer service is the reason our properties have all 5 star reviews. We will communicate with vacationers via arrival texts and phone calls and continue to check on them periodically throughout their stay. We will offer dinner and excursion reservations made prior to arrival. Restaurant, nightlife and activity recommendations are emailed prior to arrival. We also offer a late check out option when available, as well as a host of other upgrades which will help you maximize your rental profits.
