This newly renovated and professionally designed townhouse at 1466 Sound Villas offers unmatched views of the Calibogue Sound and direct access to everything Sea Pines has to offer. Located just a short stroll from South Beach Marina, you’ll have top-rated dining, charming shops, tennis and pickleball courts, watersport rentals, and guided tours all within easy reach—no car needed!
Start your mornings with a coffee and end your evenings with a cocktail on the spacious deck as dolphins glide by and deer wander through the dunes—nature at its finest, right outside your door.
Inside, the home is spread out across multiple levels, offering plenty of space for families and groups to relax and recharge. On the first level, enjoy a cozy den with a large wall-mounted TV and a sectional sofa, plus access to a patio with an outdoor shower. There’s also a guest bedroom with a Murphy bed and sliding doors that open to a charming paver patio. There is a full bathroom on this floor and a laundry room.
Head upstairs to the main living area, where soaring ceilings and abundant natural light create an open, airy feel. The stylish living room features a second large flat-screen TV and opens to a scenic deck with a gas grill, a fire pit table, outdoor sofa seating, and a high-top table—perfect for al fresco dining. Just inside, a wet bar with wine chiller connects to the dining area and updated kitchen. Also on this level is a king bedroom and a full bathroom.
On the third floor, you’ll find a comfy, coastal bedroom with 2 twin beds a wall mounted tv and a full bath with tub. Go up one more flight of stairs and there is two more bedrooms: a spacious king master suite and a fun bunk room with four beds and its own flat-screen TV. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
Car Passes:– Sea Pines requires a car pass for each approved vehicle. Passes are $9/day or $20/week per vehicle. These must be purchased at the gate, cash only.
