Beach Access: Located just a short walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance, you'll have access to all the amenities you need for a perfect day at the beach, including restrooms, vending machines, a rubberized path to the ocean, and a shower. And if you're looking for a more private experience, we also offer a private Folly Field Beach Access (please note that this option does not include restrooms and vending.)
Golf Cart Offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.
Parking:
- This home has a U-shaped driveway large enough for 4 vehicles depending on size. On street parking is NOT allowed. We also provide a bike rack out front for storing bicycles.
Bottom Level:
- Upon arrival through the front door you will enter our lower level living/kids area. This large room features a queen sleeper sofa, 60 inch flat screen TV, and a marble dining/game table. The back section of the room features a kids nook with a twin over full bunk bed, an additional twin trundle pull out bed, beanbag chairs and board games. Guest staying in this area of the home will have a connected full bathroom with double vanity for their use. Off of this room is our newly constructed master bedroom and bathroom. and a full bathroom with double vanity and tiled glass shower. This master bedroom has a glass door leading out to the pool and backyard lounge area.
- In the back section of this level is a hallway leading to a half-kitchen. This kitchen makes meals convenient for those sleeping downstairs and helps facilitate poolside cookouts without having to retrieve food and drinks from the main kitchen upstairs. This half kitchen features a full size stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a door leading out to the pool area.
Top Level:
- From the bottom level you will head up the semi-spiral staircase to the top level. Please note: the top level is also accessible via an exterior staircase on the left side of the home, better suited for bringing luggage in. At the top of the interior steps you enter the main living room, kitchen and a dining nook with built in banquette (seats 8). There is a sliding glass door off the living space, which leads to a very large deck with additional dining for 6 guest and sofa/chair lounge seating for 7.Down the hall from the living area is the upstairs King master and bathroom. Just across the hall from the upstairs master are 2 more bedrooms, one is a king bedroom and one is a queen bedroom. All 3 bedrooms have flat screen tv's and ceiling fans. Back inside there is also a 2nd full bathroom on this level which serves as the bathroom for the king and queen bedrooms.
Pool Area:
- The backyard/pool area is very private with lush gardens of tropical plants and palm trees. At night the ambiance is stunning. The pool sun deck features 6 sun loungers and 2 Adirondack chairs. The covered area under the deck has large outdoor sofas and chairs as well as a propane fueled firepit. The poolside grill and dining table for 6 complete this space. The pool is 12x28 and can be heated, for no additional charge, to 88 degrees from September through May as needed. There is an outdoor shower as well.
Included supplies:
- Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking.

Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival.
