Beach Access: The home is conveniently located just a short 4-minute car ride or ten-minute bike ride to three of the island's best beaches: Driessen Beach, Burkes Beach, and Folly Field Beach.
Ground Level: Join us for beach living at its best! The home features a single car garage and an oversized entertaining space that looks out over the beautiful Broad Creek. Relax in the oversized sofa or one of the two chairs while watching your friends and family play a game of ping pong. Along with a bar and large screen TV, this area also includes a full sized refrigerator and a propane grill for all of your entertaining needs.
First Floor: Features a gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven. Quartz countertops throughout and an island has a sweeping view of the amazing sunsets over the marsh. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need and a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets. The living and dining room are an open floor plan featuring sliding glass doors that open up to the first floor deck with panoramic views of the marsh. Here you can dine or lounge al fresco as you watch the tide come in. There is also a king bedroom with a large flat screen smart TV and a full-size bathroom.
Second Floor: The owners suite features a luxurious king bed, large flat screen smart TV and a beautifully detailed trey ceiling. The master bath has double sinks vanity and a full tiled glass door shower. Also on the second floor are two additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a large flat screen smart TV. The other room is a bunk room with two twin over full bunks and a large flat screen smart TV, and stocked full of board games for the kids to enjoy. These two bedrooms share a full size bathroom complete with a tiled tub/shower combo. The laundry area is also on this level and has a full size washer/dryer.
