This new home is located in Hilton Head's gated community, Sandcastles by The Sea.
Ground Level- The ground level has a garage stocked with beach cart, and 6 beach chairs.
A door from the garage leads to the private pool and deck. The pool deck features a huge L-shaped sectional, a flat screen TV, gas grill, and views overlooking the lagoon.

2nd Level-Once inside the main level will greet you with a large open foyer and half bath. You will immediately notice the entire floor is an open concept.. The kitchen features  stainless steel appliances, and an island which seats three. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need and includes regular coffee maker and a Keurig. This floor has a set of sliding doors  off the dining area and off the living area which open up to  the covered deck that spans the entire width of the house. The deck is flanked by lots of seating and views across the lagoon. Also located on the main floor is one of two master suites with king bed, large tiled shower and flat screen television.  The master also has a pack and play crib. There is also a laundry room on this level.

3rd Level- As you travel up the staircase to the 3rd level, you come to 2 of the home's 4 bedrooms. This floor also includes the 2nd  Master King Bedroom suite with a flat screen television and ensuite private bath. Down the hall you will find the other bedroom that has a queen bed, flat screen tv, and an ensuite private bath. 
Also, on this floor is another great lounge space. The loft is a cozy spot to curl up on the couch  or enjoy a board game with family and friends.. It also has a door to the covered porch which overlooks the lagoon. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee  or relax in the Adirondack chairs.

4th Level -The 4th floor is home to an enormous bedroom with 1 Double bed, 2 Twin beds, and 1 Full over Full bunkbed and an ensuite bathroom . This room also has a dual pac-man arcade game, and a flat screen TV. A space perfect for a family, teens, or young kids!
This home is the perfect vacation spot, as it is only a short walk to the beach, Adventure Cove Putt Putt and Arcade  and the local beach bar on the sand, Jamaica Joez.

Pets: Our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 60lbs or under and fully trained.  Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights).  This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund.  

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set  (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in. 
In the event you, the Guest,  needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
