Ground Level: Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, and kids beach toys. The back of the ground level under the home boasts a gorgeous sparkling, heated, private pool with paver patio. The pool area includes an outdoor sofa and chairs, hanging swing chairs, sun loungers, a dining table, a propane grill, and more! Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home!
First Floor: Features a romantic master bedroom with a large KING bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features a large sink, double oven, stainless hood, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 4 counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up to a step out patio.
Second Floor: Features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed and large flat screen tv. There is also a pack-n-play with a 3" mattress in this room. A door in the master suite leads you to another step out porch. The oversized master bath is spa like with plush robes, a large tiled shower, and dual vanities. Also, on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a QUEEN bed, flat screen tv.. The other room is another KING bed and with flat screen TV.. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo,. This floor also has a full size laundry room with washer and dryer.
Top Floor: Features a large bedroom set up hotel style with 2 QUEEN beds, a day bed with trundle, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. And finally, a place the kids will never forget. A large DONUT themed kids bedroom and playroom featuring 2 sets of full over full bunk beds.. each with twin size pull out trundle. There is also a play table for coloring and reading books , an air hockey table, games and toys, a large flat screen tv and many other unique surprises in this fun and festively decorated retreat.
Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.
Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking.
Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, pandemics or political unrest.
Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival.
