The ground level has a garage stocked with beach and pool toys, beach umbrellas, beach cart, and 6 beach chairs.
There is also a ping pong table and cornhole boards for some outdoor fun.
A door from the garage leads to the private pool and deck. The pool deck features a TV, sun loungers, lots of lounge seating, a firepit table, a dining table, a gas grill, and views overlooking the lagoon.
Once inside the main level will greet you with a large open foyer and half bath. You will immediately notice the entire floor is an open concept.. The kitchen features high end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an island which seats four. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need and includes regular coffee maker and a Keurig. This floor has a set of sliding doors off the dining area and off the living area which open up the covered deck that spans the entire width of the house. The deck is flanked by cozy furniture and views down the lagoon. Also located on the main floor is one of two ensuites. This one has a king bed, large tile shower and flat screen television. There is also a laundry room on this level.
As you travel up the staircase to the 3rd level, you come to 3 of the home's 5 bedrooms. This first is the 2nd ensuite with a king bed, a flat screen television and private bath. Down the hall you will find two other bedrooms; one with a queen bed and crib with a full bathroom in the hallway. This bedroom also has a sliding door on to a back deck overlooking the lagoon. The third bedroom on this level is a queen,
Also, on this floor is another great lounge space. The loft is the perfect spot to play games, lounge, watch tv or enjoy cocktails and snacks with family and friends.. It also has a door to the covered porch which overlooks the lagoon. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee.
The 4th floor is home to an enormous bedroom , which is a great space for a family with children or a group of children/teens The bed layout consists of two twin over full bunks, one twin daybed with pull out trundle, and a full bed. This room sleeps 10!
There is a flat screen television.
Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.
Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking.
Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, pandemics or political unrest.
Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival.
