Town of Hilton Head Island Rules
The Town of Hilton Head Island strictly enforces its Short-Term Rental Ordinance to help preserve our neighborhoods and community. Violations may result in fines beginning at $500, and any fines incurred due to actions by you or your guests will be charged to the credit card on file.
Parking
Parking is the most common reason guests receive Town citations, so please review these requirements carefully.
Park only in the designated parking spaces at the property.
All vehicles, including golf carts, must fit completely within the driveway. No part of a vehicle may extend into the street.
Vehicles must be parked side-by-side where applicable and may not be parked horizontally across the driveway.
Parking is not permitted on grass, pine straw, landscaping, sidewalks, or public streets.
Parking: 5 vehicles max: 1 in garage, 4 in driveway
Noise
Please be considerate of neighboring residents by observing the Town's quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Music, televisions, conversations, and outdoor gatherings should be kept at a respectful volume, especially during quiet hours. Excessive noise may result in Town enforcement and fines.
Trash
Please help keep Hilton Head beautiful by properly disposing of trash throughout your stay.
Place all trash inside the designated trash containers.
Follow the property's trash collection schedule provided in your guest information.
Do not leave trash bags outside of the containers, as they may attract wildlife and may result in Town violations.
Pool Heating
Complimentary pool heat is provided September through April for homes equipped with a pool heater.
Pools are set to approximately 88°F.
When outdoor temperatures fall below 55°F, pool heaters may not be able to maintain the desired water temperature due to weather conditions.
If the heater is operating properly but weather prevents the pool from reaching the set temperature, refunds will not be issued.
Starter Supplies
Your vacation home is stocked with a starter supply of essential items, including: paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
These items are intended to help you get settled. Depending on the length of your stay and the size of your group, you should plan to purchase additional supplies.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled at least 60 days before check-in to qualify for a refund.
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less a $350 administrative fee.
We strongly encourage purchasing trip/travel insurance through a third-party provider to protect your vacation investment.

We stayed at 126 Sandcastle Court, Hilton Head, SC, and had a really good experience overall. The biggest thing the BNB did right was how easy everything was from the start. Check-in was clear and simple, and the place was exactly as described—clean, well-prepared, and comfortable as soon as we walked in. It felt like everything had been thought through ahead of time, from the basic supplies to the setup of the home, which made settling in effortless. The communication from the team was also excellent. Anytime we had a question, we got a quick and helpful response, which made the stay stress-free. Everything just worked the way it should, which is exactly what you want on a trip. We didn’t have any issues, but it was clear that if we had, they would’ve been handled quickly. Overall, a smooth, comfortable stay at a great property, and we’d definitely book again.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at 126 Sandcastle Ct. We received a gracious welcome-basket upon arrival and had numerous supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry detergent) available to begin our stay. The home was very clean and well-maintained. In addition, the kitchen was well-stocked with needed appliances and dinnerware. Our children particularly enjoyed the clean pool, decks overlooking the lagoon, and the upstairs game room. The home is also in close proximity to Folly Beach and other fun outdoor activities.

We enjoyed our stay at 126 Sandcastle court. We stay with 3 of our 5 kids and their family. No one was ready to leave!! Bicycle riding, playing in the pool and roasting marsh mellows were enjoyed by all, We will definitely be back in the near future!! Thanks again for allowing us to rent from Beach House Boutique.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for me and 16 of my family members. A short walk to a beautiful beach. The house was stocked with pretty much anything you could need. They had all kitchen appliances, pots and pans, plates, mixing bowls galore. No need to waste money on buying kitchen utensils! They had a beach wagon, stroller, and plenty of beach toys which was perfect for getting our 3 under 3 to the beach and back! Pool was clean and tanning chairs, grill, propane fire pit, and tv made the backyard a perfect place to relax. Beds were clean and comfortable! Lots of fun things to do within 20 minutes or less from the house. We all had a wonderful time!
Perfect Girls' Weekend Get Away!

We rented 2 houses side by side for a group of 20 ladies for a weekend get away and it couldn't have been more perfect! These houses are beautiful, fresh and new inside and out. Several ladies in the group were commenting on how comfortable all of the beds were even in the bunk rooms. The kitchen is well stocked and has a large refrigerator. When we first arrived one of the kitchen sinks had a drainage issue, possibly from a group before us. We called maintenance who arrived quickly and resolved the issue in no time with no inconvenience to us. Candice White was my contact host throughout the trip and was very kind and efficient to work with. She gave me her personal contact number so I was able to reach her quickly for any problems, and even made a new door code for me to get back in the house after check out when my sweet 93 year old grandmother thought she left her hearing aids in her room. I would absolutely rent these again and in fact am hoping to do that soon to save a spot here for our weekend next year. Hilton Head is so beautiful and has so much to offer, we barely scratched the surface.

We loved the property. The beds are extremely comfy and the linens were high quality. It accommodated our family quite well. A leisurely walk to the beach with school age children took about 12 minutes. Publix and Kroger were close by. Tons of beach and pool accessories were available including wagons, chairs, sand toys and coolers. Kitchen was incredibly well equipped. It's the first vacation rental that had sharp knives! The management company responded quickly when advised of a pool issue.

We were lucky enough to gather 32 Naval Academy graduates for our annual golfing event on HH this year (Covid put a monkey wrench in our plans for last year) and found the perfect venue in our 4 houses on Sandcastle Ct. (122, 123, 126 and 93). Each of us had our own bed, the pools were much needed, walkable beach sunrises and perfect location to get everywhere on the Island. The Staff was top notch, service oriented and friendly as can be.
From all of us in the Naval Academy classes of 1991 and 1992, Thanks again for a great trip.

126 Sandcastle is a phenomenal home for large families needing a week away. The beach is just a short walk away and the personal pool provides relaxation and recreation no matter the weather. The home provides enough bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone in your party and home is well supplied with everything you need. Beach House Boutique is attentive and responsive to any need during one's stay. We cannot say enough about our stay!

We rented this place for our wedding party and everyone in it told me how much they enjoyed the house. Staff was very accommodating with any issue that might have occurred. The pool heater turned off one evening and staff responded to us around midnight and turned it on for us! Definitely recommend

Outstanding property that is beautiful and very well located. The decor was outstanding and the house's amenities were more than expected or seen in other rentals even after coming to HHI for more than 30 years. Adults and kids all loved staying here and will be repeat customers. The house is spacious and we never felt like 14 people were tripping over each other. The pool was a bit small, but six adults and 7 kids used it together and still had a blast and didn't even need sunscreen since it's covered!

126 Sandcastle Ct was a terrific house in which to have our family get together. Very welcoming and comfortable, it provided thoughtful extras for the kitchen (for example, a Keurig as well as a multi-cup coffee maker), the pool and the beach (the wagons were most appreciated). It provided decks and sitting areas for quiet time. It provided a kid-favorite pool and bunk room. Most of all, it provided a clean, comfortable space for making family memories.

The house was large, modern, and new - we absolutely loved it! We were on a family trip with three couples, one adult and one child (6) and everyone had enough space- and more! The pool is heated and that area with the grill and firepit became our fave hang out spot in the evenings. The beach was a 10 minute easy walk from the house (ferry point Beach Park) and wagons, boogie boats etc are provided. Highly recommend this house.

Fantastic stay at unit #126! Gorgeous house (even better than the pictures) and sparkling clean. Loved the extra amenities provided (towels, beach gear, etc.). The walk/bike ride to Folly Field Beach was short and pleasant and the pool at the house was so warm (perfect for April)!

State Championship weekend

Our tennis team was in Hilton Head for the State Championships. The accommodations were outstanding. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. to accommodate a large group. Beds were comfortable. We didn't have much of an opportunity to use the pool area as we spent most of our time either watching or playing tennis. We would certainly recommend renting this home to friends and will likely rent it again if we return to the State Championships.

The house is spacious with large bedrooms and a great upper bedroom for team-like experience and a large kitchen for preparing those team meals. The house has everything you could expect to find in a home of this caliber and is extremely well decorated. It is in a secure, gated community and the central island location is very convenient to shopping, eateries, and easy beach access. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to large groups. We look forward to returning next year!

I had the opportunity to stay at your beach house last weekend with my Tallman Track Club Running team for the Hood to Coast Relay.
I just have to say how much I absolutely loved staying at your beach house. The rooms were spacious. There was tons of room for everyone. Actually more than enough room. It was very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for the few days we were there. I slept like a baby in my bed on the 3rd floor and felt very safe and secure also in the gated property.
I would not hesitate to recommend this place for my family and friends. I can't wait to go back and enjoy this property and the town of Hilton Head again. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay there.

We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful spacious home in early February for a relay event. It's a wonderful place for families, as it has multiple bedrooms as well as a large loft style open bedroom that would sleep at least 10 kids/teens. The kitchen was great for team meals. It's a short walk (quarter to half mile) to the beach. It has a nice covered pool, grill, porches, outdoor porch swing, and a ping pong table in the garage. Highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Great house for a team playing in the Hilton Head Area. With 4 individual bed rooms and a huge team bed room that 7 beds on the 3rd floor plenty of room for baseball, softball and soccer teams. Great cooking area and there is a grill on the ground floor. Private pool if you're not feeling like walking to the beach. Gated neighborhood makes it a quiet zone after 7PM. Our team really enjoyed staying in this house
