Come escape to the beautiful Hilton Head Island and enjoy a stay at Sandcastles by the Sea! We are just a short 3 block walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance ..that's just a minute bike ride or 30 second car drive. Sandcastles by the Sea has a gated entrance that is kept closed at night.

Ground Level- Features a nice size heated pool overlooking a lagoon. The deck around the pool is fenced, very large with a grill, lounge area with sectional, sun loungers and a dining table. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather, relax, and watch TV.
From the ground level you can ride the elevator up to any floor!
2nd Floor: Features a large gourmet kitchen and an island with seating for four. There is also a high chair. The open concept living and dining flow out onto a large screen porch overlooking the lagoon. You can dine al fresco on the porch in the comfort of the large dining sectional.
This Floor also has what we consider the secondary master. The room has a king bed, flat screen tv and ensuite bathroom with a large tiled shower tub combo.
3rd Floor: Features the primary master bedroom with a king bed and big screen TV.
The large master bath has dual vanities and an enormous shower with rainhead. The master also has its own private porch with a lounge area to enjoy morning coffee.
Down the hall from the master is the laundry room and two king bedrooms that share a bathroom.
4th Floor: Features a huge nautical themed kids room that sleeps 7. There is a full bed and pull out twin trundle as well as two more twin beds with pullout twin trundles.
This room has lots of lounge and bean bag seating, board games and toys. This room also has a portable crib in the closet.
Across the hall from the kids room is a game room with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. The game room has basketball and air hockey. The tweens and teens will love that there is gamer chairs and a flat screen TV with 2 GAMING SYSTEMS and GAMES rated E! There is an Xbox and PS3! We also have games rated Teen to Mature and they are located in the master bedroom.
There is a full size bathroom with a tiled shower in between the kids room and game room.
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.
