Ground Level: Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, and kids beach toys.The back of the ground level under the home boasts a gorgeous sparkling, heated, private pool with extended paver patio. The pool area includes an outdoor sofa and chairs, 2 hanging swing chairs, acapulco chairs, sun loungers, a dining table for 7, a propane Weber grill, and more! Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home!
First Floor: Features a romantic master bedroom with a large wingback KING bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features a large sink, double oven, stainless hood, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 4 counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up the first floor to a large screen porch with relaxing views of the freshwater lagoon.. The porch features a large swing bed to lye on and relax and a dining sectional with table for lounging or dining al fresco.
Second Floor: Features a master bedroom with a luxurious "Magnolia Home by Chip and Joanna Gaines" 4 poster king bed and large flat screen tv. There is also a pack-n-play with a 3" mattress in this room. A door in the master suite leads you to a large private porch for enjoying morning coffee! The oversized KING bed, flat screen tv, and large pod chair to curl up and read a good book. The other room is another "Magnolia Home" KING bed and with flat screen TV.. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo,. This floor also has a full size laundry room with washer and dryer.
Top Floor: Features a large bedroom set up hotel style with 2 QUEEN beds, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. And finally, a place the kids will never forget. A large bohemian eclectic kids bedroom and playroom featuring 2 sets of full over full bunk beds.. each with twin size pull out trundle. There is also a play table for coloring and reading books , a giant geodome playhouse to hide or sleep in, an air hockey table, tons of games and cards, a large flat screen tv and many other unique surprises in this fun and festively decorated retreat.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.
