Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. The Town of Hilton Head Island strictly enforces its Short-Term Rental Ordinance to help preserve our neighborhoods and community. Violations may result in fines beginning at $500, and any fines incurred due to actions by you or your guests will be charged to the credit card on file.
Parking
Parking is the most common reason guests receive Town citations, so please review these requirements carefully.
Park only in the designated parking spaces at the property.
All vehicles, including golf carts, must fit completely within the driveway. No part of a vehicle may extend into the street.
Vehicles must be parked side-by-side where applicable and may not be parked horizontally across the driveway.
Parking is not permitted on grass, pine straw, landscaping, sidewalks, or public streets. Parking: 5 vehicles max: 1 in garage, 4 in driveway
Noise
Please be considerate of neighboring residents by observing the Town's quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Music, televisions, conversations, and outdoor gatherings should be kept at a respectful volume, especially during quiet hours. Excessive noise may result in Town enforcement and fines.
Trash
Please help keep Hilton Head beautiful by properly disposing of trash throughout your stay.
Place all trash inside the designated trash containers.
Follow the property's trash collection schedule provided in your guest information.
Do not leave trash bags outside of the containers, as they may attract wildlife and may result in Town violations.
Pool Heating
Complimentary pool heat is provided September through April for homes equipped with a pool heater.
Pools are set to approximately 88°F.
When outdoor temperatures fall below 55°F, pool heaters may not be able to maintain the desired water temperature due to weather conditions.
If the heater is operating properly but weather prevents the pool from reaching the set temperature, refunds will not be issued.
Starter Supplies
Your vacation home is stocked with a starter supply of essential items, including: paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
These items are intended to help you get settled. Depending on the length of your stay and the size of your group, you should plan to purchase additional supplies.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled at least 60 days before check-in to qualify for a refund.
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less a $350 administrative fee.
We strongly encourage purchasing trip/travel insurance through a third-party provider to protect your vacation investment.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything that was listed and so much more. It was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with supplies, kitchen essentials, and plenty of linens. The location was perfect—an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was a great place to relax when we wanted to stay in. The area was quiet, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

My Literary Club comprised of 10 women had a wonderful Retreat at this house. There was plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing and the house comes stoked with all of the comforts that you need to enjoy the house and your vacation. The house is well maintained and the beds are so comfortable I did not want to get up in the morning. There is a walking path to the beach that takes about 10 minutes walking leisurely. All of the ladies in my Club loved this house and a few of us want to book this house for a family vacation.

A wonderful home, just minutes from the beach - with EVERYTHING you need to have a great time and relax. The amenities from the linens, to the towels, to the cookware are all top notch. Would highly recommend for a getaway weekend for couples or families. Three separate floors give everyone personal space - even though you've got to deal with the stairs! Location to beach is a 10-15 minute walk, or a quick 1/2 mile drive with cheap paid parking and a very accessible boardwalk. Centered in the island, an a quick drive to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Really a home run of a stay

The house is awesome - the pictures don't do it justice. Easiest check in process. The pool was large compared to neighboring houses and there was everything we needed at the house; including board games, DVDs and an Alexa! We loved having a pool onsite and the beach was so close. We rented bikes and used many of the pool and beach items in the closet downstairs. The house was fully stocked with everything a family could need to feel at home while away from home. The decor was very tasteful and the beds were super comfortable. Great common areas and lots of space to relax. The master bath shower is huge! Super responsive communication with all of the questions we had. We hope to come back again soon.

This house has everything you could want for an amazing family/friend vacation. We were able to make and share meals together is the wide open kitchen! The beds were very comfortable, and the master bedroom shower is out of this world! With a pool on the first level and the beach so close it has something for everyone. It was very nice to have beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels provided (one less thing to pack). We will be back!

Awesome house and super location! Even nicer than the pictures and well equipped kitchen. Ideal for a family gathering. We celebrated our dad's 80th birthday and gathered our spread out family from California, Iowa, Indiana, Minnesota, Ohio and Florida! Beach is very close nice walk and great access to public beach. Everything and more would like to have stayed longer. Property Manager Jennifer was super helpful and responded quickly every time. Hope to go back sometime!

Beach House Boutique was by far the best stay we've had as a family. The home was just what we needed and more for a family of 9 including an infant. Although the beach was literally around the corner, we enjoyed the pool the most. The owner was even better. She provided everything we needed from suggestions regarding restaurants and activities to details about the house and the community. We are planning to come back every year if possible!

The house was the most well equipped home we've stayed. I brought our coffee pot as I always do when driving, thinking there was just a Keurig, but there was a coffee pot too! We loved the location and the separate floors, as it made everyone feel as if they were on their own vacation! Wonderful. I would recommend to anyone who is planning a stay on Hilton Head Island. We also suggest renting bikes, as the beach is just a few minutes ride away, and the beach is perfect for riding on. Another suggestion is Ela's Blu Water Grille. Overall an excellent experience.

The house is in pristine condition and the owner has spared no expense on decorating and amenities. Beds were extremely comfortable. Although we were just a family of four, I can see as many as fourteen staying comfortably here. Highly recommended.
