The ground level floor has a ping pong table for all to enjoy and is just steps away from the oversized private pool and deck. The pool deck features sun loungers, a dining table, a Weber 3 burner grill, and a nice grassy courtyard style backyard overlooking the lagoon.
Once inside this elegant home, on the main level you will find an exquisite top of the line kitchen, sure to bring out the chef in everyone . The kitchen features high end cabinetry and the highest quality stainless steel appliances, including a double oven. This floor features an open concept living and dining area with 12 foot wide glass sliders that open onto an enormous deck flanked by cozy furniture and views down the lagoon. Also located on the main floor is a secondary master suite with king bed, large bath and flat screen television.
As you travel up the staircase to the 3rd level, you come to 3 of the home's 5 bedrooms. This floor also includes a Master King Bedroom suite with a flat screen television plus a large spa like private bath. This master suite has a private entry door to a covered porch which overlooks the lagoon and is a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee. The master also has a pack and play crib with mattress, sheets and crib pillow. Down the hall you will find two other bedrooms; one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. Both rooms have flat screen television and a shared full bathroom with a tiled shower. There is a full size laundry room on this level as well.
The 4th floor is home to an enormous bedroom with two queen beds, a twin daybed with a pull out twin trundle, and a flat screen television. This room also has bean bag chairs for lounging and would be a great space for a family with children or group of teens. Opposite this top level room is a TV / Recreation room with a couch, bean bags, games and flat screen television.
This home is the perfect vacation spot, as it is only a short walk to the beach, Adventure Cove Putt Putt and Arcade and the local beach bar on the sand, Jamaica Joez.
Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.
Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.

Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, pandemics or political unrest.
Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival.
