Ground Level: Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, and kids beach toys. The back of the ground level under the home overlooks the lagoon and has a gorgeous sparkling, heated, private pool flanked with breezy white curtains and a glass tile waterfall wall. Just off of the pool underneath the home's upper decks is a large paver patio to cool off on with a chic outdoor sectional, 2 hanging swing chairs, sun loungers, a propane Weber grill, and a kids area with a gigantic outdoor connect four game.
Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home!
First Floor: Features one master bedroom with a KING bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features a large farm sink, double oven, stainless hood, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 4 counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels.
The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up the first floor to a large porch with relaxing views of the freshwater lagoon.. The porch features a large swing bed to lye on and relax and a large sectional with a table for lounging or dining al fresco.
The 2nd floor features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed featuring a high end foam mattress that you will melt in while watching TV on your large flat screen tv. The romantic master bedroom features its own large porch for enjoying morning coffee plus a rocking hammock bed! The luxurious master bath is spa like with plush robes, a large RAINHEAD shower, a 2nd handheld head, a frame-less shower door, subway tile, granite counters and dual vanities. The master closet features double doors making it very open to the master, so we have converted a corner of that closet into a baby nursery with a full size crib and comphy company sheets.
Also on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. One is a QUEEN and one is a KING, both with flat screen TVs. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo,. This floor also has a full size laundry room.
The top level features a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a twin daybed with twin trundle, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom.
And finally, a place the kids will never forget. A large kids bedroom/playroom featuring 3 full over full bunks, each with a pull out twin trundle bed. This room can sleep 15 kids. There is a play table for coloring and reading books , an air hockey table, a teepee to hide in, a large flat screen tv/dvd with a library of movies for all ages, and many other unique surprises in this fun and festively decorated retreat.
Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.
Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible.
